- Oversaw the creation, planning, maintenance, training, and execution of both Maker Studio locations;
- Managed the staff and both locations of the Maker Studio, the library’s multi-branch public maker space;
- Managed the budget for the Maker Studio including planning, purchasing, working with vendors, and payments;
- Planned weekly staff schedules, approved time cards and time off requests;
- Selected candidates for interview, hired and trained new staff on Maker Studio operations, completed performance evaluations of the team, distributed weekly update emails to keep staff informed;
- Served as a member of the library’s management team, working alongside other departments to utilize the Maker Studio for internal library purposes;
- Consulted with other libraries across the state on creating makerspaces of their own;
- Created written training guides, policy, and procedure documents.

- Established criteria for patron training surrounding the tools and software of the Maker Studio, taught weekly programs based on those criteria, evaluated and modified criteria based on current trends and patron requests, as well as regularly trained patrons in a 1-on-1 capacity;
- Worked alongside and trained patrons and staff to design and execute projects with the library’s maker space tools;
- Continued work on developing and maintaining the library’s board game collection;
- Served on committees and worked within short term and long-term team-based projects;
- Wrote, hosted, and edited the library’s trivia themed podcast.
